Based in Rochester, Michigan, Matthew Damiani has overseen operations at Damiani Capital, a boutique executive advisory and consulting firm in Detroit, Michigan, since establishing the firm in 2020. In 2021, Matthew Damiani expanded his professional activities by becoming the President and Chief Financial Officer of Professional Physical Therapy in Melville, New York. Known for their innovative approach to treatment and emphasis on patient care, the company has previously received Practice of the Year honors and established itself as the leading physical therapy services provider in the Northeast, with more than 200 clinics across five states.
Before establishing Damiani Capital, Matthew Damiani worked for Art Van Furniture as Vice President of Enterprise Operations and Customer Experience. He had previously served the company as Vice President and Head of Digital Operations. His achievements at Art Van Furniture included shifting the organization to a more customer-focused business model, which included launching the company’s first digital loyalty platform. He previously served Staples locations in Amsterdam and Boston as Director of Supply Chain Europe, and Director of Supply Chain Process Excellence and Engineering, respectively.
Mr. Damiani holds a Supply Chain Management degree from Michigan State University. He continued his education at Indiana University, earning a Master of Business Administration.
